Appointments-- For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the salon. This enables us to better accommodate your schedule and eliminates the possibility of no available appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum amount of time needed. Please arrive early for your scheduled appointment! It helps us ensure that all of our clients are given the appropriate amount of time for their services. Should circumstances arise that cause you to be more than 15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Or we can reschedule your appointment for another day. Method of payment -- We accept NJ personal checks with a NJ drivers license, Visa & Master Card, Spa Week gift cards but regret that we cannot add gratuities to the credit cards or personal checks. If we receive a returned or stop payment check there will be a $30 surcharge added to the total amount due. Payment must be paid immediately. If we do not receive the payment within 1 week of the appointment time there will be a 10% surcharge added every 30 days after the date of the service. Prices are subject to change without notice.We no longer accept Spa Wish/Spa finder gift cards. We DO accept Spa Week gift cards towards hair services only.Referral program -- It is very important to us to thank our clients for referring their family and friends to help us build our business. We realize that word of mouth is the best way to advertise our talent. In return we would like to give you a free gift -- ask about our current referral program.Children-- Our salon environment does not accommodate unsupervised children. In order to respect the needs of all of our guests, we suggest only bringing children if they are receiving a service.Reservations and Cancellations – When booking a reservation of two hours or more, we now request a Visa or MasterCard number to hold your reservation. In the event the client needs to cancel the reservation, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service at which time he/she will be given a cancellation confirmation number. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the price of the services automatically billed to your credit card. Spa package reservations that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the services will be charged 50% of the price of the services. Thank you for your consideration.Gratuities– Are not included in any service treatment prices.
Spa Week Gift Cards can be redeemed at our salon towards any salon/spa service, not retail. If there is a balance left after services, you will receive a Salon Utopia gift certificate with the remaining amount.

Join our email list and receive information on specials, current promotions, and discounts for our web site guests and visitors!! Deposits -- Certain services require a deposit, which is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards products or any other service. Gift certificates -- Gift certificates are non-refundable and have a one (1) year expiration period. Gratuities are not included with gift certificates or packages and it can only be redeemed for salon services not for retail products. You may exchange the services or transfer the certificate to another name. When scheduling packages, we suggest that you call to make your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations beyond that period will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from your gift certificate amount and kept on file. For booking spa packages for parties of two (2) or more people, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost. Retail products -- We provide high quality hair care products and your hairstylist or another member of our staff can make recommendations to fit your hair care needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange the unused product for another of the same value. No refunds or store credit. Cell phones -- Please keep all cell phones turned off/vibrate while visiting Salon Utopia inconsideration of all of our guests during their visit. Thank you for your consideration. Menu Prices -- All menu prices are subject to change without notice. If you want an estimated price please ask your hairstylist to give you a quote during the consultation process. Our prices start at the menu price and will vary according to what exsits in your hair and what results you want to achieve. Prices are also based on the length & thickness of your hair, the amount of time it takes for the service and the product used to perform the service. We recommend booking a consultation for your first visit to go over all the details before booking your appointmnet. Consultations are free and a 15-30 minute appointment.
